Read onlyHello, I am really stuck trying to reactivate my seller account, which I have been trying to do for months. I moved last year and since I changed my address I am unable to reactivate my account, I get an email to say that my information is verified and I can start selling, but when I go to my account it gets stuck in a loop of "click to reactivate your account". I have tried to reach out before for help but the automated reply says that it is not the correct channel.
I would appreciate your help in getting my account reactivated in Europe.
You have to call them and email the information.
This is a well known IT fault by Amazon a problem with their website it is not your fault.
If you call someone under Amazon Account Health click the link they will understand.
