I need help updating the title, description, or attributes of a product that was removed by Amazon due to a violation of restricted product policies.

I suspect that I mistakenly included a prohibited keyword somewhere because there are dozens of similar products still available for sale. I've been struggling with this issue for months.

I believe I need to update the product listing before resubmitting my reinstatement request. However, since the product is inactive and removed, I’m unable to make any changes.

Does anyone have a solution or workaround for this?

Looking for a mod who can help break the endless seller support loop, our case number is 10859573362.

Our top-selling ASIN was unceremoniously deleted from Amazon, with the claim being that it was a restricted product. No information was provided except:

"The sale of these products is not permitted on Amazon.co.uk. We leveraged a combination of automated means to identify this issue and to make this decision."

We have sold this ASIN for 7 years. Our other ASIN exactly like this one has not been removed. Competitor listings have not been removed. No one at Amazon could say how the product violated the restricted product category, but eventually we were requested by seller support to remove a certain keyword from the title, despite this keyword being present in dozens of other listings including one of our own. We did so, but the title would only update in the back-end, so we've had to delete it and will relist once 24 hours have passed.

We have been looking to sign up to the SAS program and have been in contact with an agent there who helpfully looked into this issue for us. She found that another consultant listed the same type of product with the same keyword and had no problems, so said it seems to be a seller support issue. One team got back to her and said 'this issue needs further investigation, please ask the seller to call the account health team'. When they had no idea what to do, they transferred us to seller support, who transferred us to the feeds team, who transferred us to the restricted products team via email, who sent the same generic automated response.

Please help, this has completely shut down our business since we primarily sell on this platform.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the flagging of our Lion's Mane Mushroom supplement listing, which has been mismarked. As per the documents we have shared, our product is unequivocally made from 100% Pure Fruiting Body extract with no mycelium or grains. This claim is substantiated by rigorous testing and certification, including USDA and EU Organic Certification.

It is both disappointing and frustrating to see our product flagged for an issue that is factually incorrect. Simply stating that your system (ai obviously) has identified a problem is inadequate. Businesses like ours rely on fair and transparent processes. We request that you thoroughly review the documents provided and give due consideration to the facts instead of issuing a negligent response.

Additionally, it is perplexing that while our product is being flagged, over 300 brands on Amazon use Lion's Mane as an ingredient in various formats (capsules, tablets, powders, etc.) without issue. Why is our listing being treated differently? This inconsistency is both unfair and detrimental to a business that adheres strictly to quality and compliance standards.

We respectfully urge you to provide a solution that allows us to align with your policies and have our listing reinstated. If there are specific adjustments required for compliance, we are more than willing to make them. However, we cannot overlook the disparity in treatment compared to other brands using the same ingredient.

Prompt attention and support from any support member in resolving this matter will not only help rectify the current situation but also reinforce trust in Amazon’s commitment to fairness. Also please let us know how can we edit the flagged listing as there's no option to "edit" the listing if that's what you are suggesting us to do.
