Hi I applied for the small business badge and got accepted. Received this email on 10/16/24

We understand you are concerned regarding the Small Business Badge. Thank you for your interest in being identified as a Small Business Brand on Amazon.com.

We have reviewed your request and determined that your business is eligible to receive the Small Business badge on Amazon.com

Please allow up to seven business days for the Small Business badge to appear on your branded products.

I have put in a case and it says reviewing but has been over a week. Any help greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: I followed up with the support team, and they confirmed that a DUNS number is required to obtain the Small Business Badge. I've submitted an application using the provided link. The standard processing time for a free DUNS number is 30 days. However, expedited options are available for a fee, ranging from $200 to $300. Can anyone verify this requirement please?

I was hoping that my listing would have this (1)Small Business Badge after the certification I submitted was accepted and now under active status (2). I reached out to support team and the agent showed me a screenshot (3) of a different kind of "badge". Please give me some clarifications about this issue. Thanks!

However, it has been a month now, and I still haven't received the badge. I created a new case, but it's been pending Amazon's action for a week. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
