Attempt to Ungate Failure

I just bought my first product to sell on Amazon and Im trying to send amazon my invoice/receipt for the products yet no apply for ungate button or anything is showing up when on the product when I try to list then apply. What is happening?

I'm sorry you're having trouble listing your product. Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. As the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction. For this reason, you may be required to gain approval to sell certain products. In most situations, a direct invoice from the manufacturer is required.

Since the button is missing, have you tried reaching out to seller support yet? if you haven't you can create a case via this link so that they can look into this on their end.
