Virtual verification video - what do they need?

So we’ve had the notification about our account being deeactivated and we need to go through the virtual verification video. We’ve booked a date, and although there’s been no response from Amazon yet, it hasn’t been that long.

However I cannot find any information about what they’re going to need in this video? I’ve emailed Amazon, and got a slightly related response from their ‘big book of responses’ that doesn’t remotely answer the question. I don’t want to finally have the video, only for them to ask for documents I don’t have prepared.
