HI, I just received this email from Amazon:
"Starting on January 15, 2025, we will update the Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) policy for seller-fulfilled orders to allow customers to see tracking over a higher number of their orders".
So does this mean customers will see my VTR? If yes, it will look like I am not doing a good job because I am always below the 95% VTR, due to Royal Mail not scanning parcels on delivery. That feels really unfair. I am not sure how visible it will be to customers, or even if they will care, but does not feel fair to be showing customers a metric which is actually incorrect due to Royal Mail being terrible at their job.
I wish Amazon would actually think about their sellers occaisonally, instead of just customers. It will bite them back one day....
