Restricted Products Policy Violations - Ingredient Attribute

I have had two product listings removed due to the following issue highlighted by Amazon:

"This product has been identified as a food supplement that does not contain ingredient information in the ingredients attribute field. The sale of such products is prohibited on Amazon.co.uk. In order to reinstate ASINs that have been suspended, please complete the ingredient information in the ingredient field."

I opened a case and provided the ingredient information, but the appeal was rejected by Amazon with no explanation other than: "Kindly update the ingredient attributes."

I still don’t understand how this happened because I included all the ingredients during the listing process. How can they claim the ingredients are not mentioned? Can someone explain if the "ingredient attribute" means something different from simply providing the ingredient details? Or does it mean exactly what I think—listing all ingredient details?

The Seller Support team has been unhelpful. If any other brand owner has experienced this issue, please assist. I have repeatedly informed them that I cannot make any changes from my end because the ASINs are inactive.

Can someone please help? This issue has caused significant delays in our business operations.
