Adding EU bank account instantly locks me out
since amazon moved to bank PSP providers , and they deemed my old euro account unuseable .
i have had issues adding a new EU bank account , every time i add the bic and iban it immediately freezes my account and locks me out saying suspicious activity. i have no idea why?
my uk bank account appears fine and we get disbursements however not had any EU disbursements in over a month due to this issue
can anyone help as where i am going wrong ?

I had this problem after my account got hacked. My banking details had been removed and every time I tried to add them I got instantly frozen again.
I resolved it by calling seller support and asking them to verify my account or something like that.
Sorry I am a bit vague it was a while ago. You definitely have to get seller support to do something before you can add bank details again.

it seems i’ve sorted the issue and it was simply that there should be no spaces in IBAN number , the bak issued it with spaces in however amazon doesn’t accept this format
nothing to do with my business trading name whatsoever
