Read onlyHopefully someone can help....I have a pretty good idea of the answer but..
We are onboarding with DPD, everything ready to go but they have said at the last minute they can only provide collection between 3-4pm.
They are aware its for SFP but DPD have emailed back saying:
If you let Amazon know DPD are unable to provide a collection after 4 PM, they should understand.
Unfortunately, some depots cannot offer collections after 4 PM because all resources during that time are fully booked, and some sellers have earlier collection times.
We can enquire with the depot in the New Year about the possibility of a collection between 4 PM and 5 PM.
I have emailed back asking if they have ever spoke with Amazon as we all know the Seller Support is garbage at best...and are willing to lie/untrained on the actual truth.
The question I ask has anybody had this issue and Amazon accepted it as I am very reluctant to proceed only to have SFP de-activated though no fault of ours.
Thanks in advance.
Hello! @Seller_7GUHj8Rw7MFgy
This is Roberto. Your concerns are valid, and I understand that some depots are unable to offer collections after 4pm, hopefully other sellers can comment here and share their experience on this scenario.
As per our help page: Order Cut-off and Weekend Pickup Requirements for Seller Fulfilled Prime, no exemptions can be granted if the requirements are not met.
If you have additional questions on this topic, our Selling Partner support team may forward the concerns to the Seller Fulfilled Prime team.
Regards,
Roberto
