Number of FBA listings Blocked from Amazon DE

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue.

So we sell branded toys via FBA across EU marketplaces and recently Amazon has blocked 23 listings for Product Safety Issues. Since then I have been going around in circles with seller support in regards to why the listings have been blocked. They seem to be clueless as to why. All responsible person details for the brand have been submitted and we had no requests in regards to any compliance documents. We must be doing something wrong since other sellers are able to continue to sell these products.
