email regarding qualtrics
hi,
my account has been suspended for 3 years now with being told from amazon i can never have my funds and they will be locked in my account basically forever,until a few weeks back when amazon emailed me with a link to a site called qualtrics
they wanted me to pick 3 date and time slots and will contact me 3 days before but i clicked the link a few times and not sure which dates i have so i done for a final time and took a pic as no email was sent for confirmation.2 of the dates have passed and still havent heard anything.
is anyone waiting for this also???

this is a joke now,3 years with a closed account and still no contact number for the selling team,supposed to be a worldwide company,all i want is my funds and not to even re open my shop...why is this so hard and why doesnt amazon have a contact number?

It is normal not to have heard from you if you still have a chosen date that has not passed. A confirmation email will be sent to you 48 hours before one of the 3 dates you have chosen to confirm the video appointment with the information you need to join it.
I therefore recommend that you wait until the last date chosen and come back to us if you have not received any contact after this date has passed.

Il est normal de ne pas avoir eu de nouvelle s'il vous reste encore une date choisie qui n'est pas passé. Un email de confirmation vous sera envoyé 48 heures avant une des 3 dates que vous avez choisis pour vous confirmer le rendez-vous vidéos avec les informations nécessaires pour le rejoindre.
Je vous recommande donc de patientez jusqu'à la dernière date choisie et de revenir vers nous si vous n'avez reçu aucun contact une fois cette date dépassée.
