Hi guys,
I know this isn't exactly a new topic but we've spotted a very misleading review on one of our products. Basically the buyer is reviewing a completely different product (one we have never sold at all). They've even posted photos of the different product.
I've flagged the review and contacted customer services. Neither have worked. It's particularly annoying as they're misleading potential customers with this.
Can any admins help with this? I have the order number and all relevant details.

For any of the forum mods to see your post, you would need to tag them in eg. @Julia_Amazon Not sure if they can help with this, and I assume you mean you've contacted Seller Support, not customer services ?? - if you did contact CS, then they will not be able to do anything, you need to open a case with SS.
This happens to m constantly probably 10 a month with no relation tot he product im selling
Its when people order multiple items in 1 orders from various sellers
Seller support as usual no help as I believe its just robots

I've had a couple of good results more recently with the managingdirector@amazon.co.uk email.
If you send them the detaiis and that you have already contacted seller support (include the case number).
I have had two negative feedbacks on items I don’t sell recently (garden furniture and GHDhair straighteners) Amazon will not do anything even when the buyers state that they made a mistake but don’t know how they can amend
