Newbie Postage Query
Good morning all… I have been using royal mail for posting T shirts, no issues up to press…
But, i’d like to add another item to my inventory (printed mugs) but the issue i am having is, Hermes is £2.85 but 3-5 days delivery and i’m not sure if this is acceptable as amazon customers seem to want things yesterday,
Royal Mail postage is around £4.50 for a small parcel and i’m not sure people will pay this ;-/
So i’m kinda wondering who or what other options anyone can recommend or am i over thinking about delivery times … Thank You

Not sure where you’re getting your figures from but RM 2nd class is £2.90 for up to 2kg (via Amazon or RM Online) or £3.00 in the post office. 1st class is £3.90 (via Amazon or RM Online) or £4 in the post office.

Never use Hermes. You’ll spend more time refunding and chasing deliveries than you’ll make profit on the sale.
