I've had a listing removed for a product violation - missing ingredient information on a food supplement.

I have amended this on the detail page but continuously get my appeals rejected from Amazon with no explanation, other than 'kindly update the ingredient attributes'.

Has anyone else had a similar experience and if so, how to resolve?

I have opened a case and provided the ingredients information but the appeal was rejected from Amazon with no explanation, other than 'kindly update the ingredient attributes'. that is not present in my Edit option.

I see other people have the same issues without any proper solutions

I could not find the "ingredient attributes" when I select the correct catalog (Health & Personal Care -> Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements -> Bacterial Cultures -> Lactobacillus category.)

I have opened a case and provided the ingredients information but the appeal just keep saying "please complete the ingredient information in the ingredient field".

I see other people have the same issues without any proper solutions. Hope someone can help to update the ingredients for me.
