FBM Shipping not updating?

Can anyone help me understand why my listings aren’t showing as per my shipping template settings. I have created my own shipping settings and I select the drop down box on the shipping page when uploading a listing but even after 24/72 hours, it reverts back to Amazon shipping terms. Can you help?

are you paying £30 a month for the professional selling plan ?
if not, you can’t set your own shipping costs
