I sadly incurred a head injury today and I think I mabe in hospital for a while, but I have orders that need to be dispatched tomorrow.
I have put holiday mode on, but wondering what’s Amazon thought on this if to cancel two orders

Amazon will expect you to despatch the orders. If your metrics can take it then cancel the orders but remember if you are in hospital for sometime then your cancellation rate will keep rising if you don’t despatch any new orders.
Do you have any family or friends who can despatch the orders for you?

So sorry to hear that - hoping for a speedy recovery.
Unfortunately, as Smiley Guy says, Amazon has no room for compassion and understanding.
There have been instances on here where sellers have died very suddenly and unexpectedly, and the grieving relative (a father in one case) was left with a terrible situation to sort out.
It is unlikely that your account will be suspended for just 2 cancellations, so if you have no-one to do it for you then you will just need to cancel.
