A new low for seller support
I have just had a reply from seller support telling me they will not cubiscan the one ASIN that I asked for as I only have 18 of the 20 monthly requests left.
The 2 that have been scanned this month related to a totally different case where I have had about 15 different answers to an issue. One of those answers/guesses was a totally random remeasurement of the 2 ASIN. That issue isn’t resolved either!

I opened a case because I was getting an error message when trying to enroll a product into FBA SnL so I can’t get it enrolled.
Their answer was - its not enrolled in SnL you have to enroll it first - with instructions on how to do so…
