Refunded order remove from unship orders

You need to explain a bit better - not sure exactly what you mean…
Did you mark the item as shipped, or have you not shipped it ?

If not, then the customer’s payment will not have been taken, so nothing to refund.
If you have shipped it, then you need to go to your shipped order page and click on the refund tab.
