Random Amazon Seller Charges - UPS Fees?
Hi, I have recently been receiving random payments withdrawn from my account with the reference Amazon Marketplace and I don’t really know where they have come from…
They fall outside of the usual amazon fees, and are not part of the monthly membership that I can see. Only thing I can think of is UPS fees when I send something into Amazon.
Can anyone explain how Amazon actually take the money to cover UPS costs, is it lumped in with all the other fees or is it taken as and when I send in a shipment? All in its wracked up to around £80 over the course of a month and at £4.83 a time I don’t think I have sent in that many boxes…
Any insight is greatly appreciated

Is it you related fees for packaging/labelling services? What invoice do they appear on?

OK. When you ship goods for FBA via UPS, you agree on the charge per shipment by clicking on the box. This is £4.37 for up to 15kg and so on. Amazon don’t take this money until at least 24 hours later because you have up to 24 hours to cancel the shipment. You can therefore see (in statement view) how much you have paid in FBA fees. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your responses
The figures taken don’t seem to appear on any of the statements that I have received. Even when I total up all the fees together, it doesn’t equate to the figure that has been taken.
Can you confirm whether Amazon would deduct fees, such as shipping via UPS or labelling directly from my Amazon Seller Account or from my personal bank account (charge account)?
I’ve just had four transactions taken from my “charge account” over the past month all between £20-30 and no real explanation. Theres money to cover fees including subscription in my seller account…
