We have had no luck with the small business badge with seller support, they requested our DUNS number which we provided but they say there is no way to check the employee count and revenue.
How do we provide this information so we can have the badge installed?

For the revenue and balance sheet total, you might want to provide Amazon with your latest financial statements or annual accounts filed with Companies House. These usually have the details on your turnover and balance sheet totals. If your company is fairly new, your registration or incorporation documents could help show that your turnover and balance sheet total are below the thresholds of €50 million for turnover and €43 million for the balance sheet total.
When it comes to confirming your employee count, which needs to be under 250, there are several documents you could use. Payroll records are a good start since they provide detailed information about all employees on your payroll, including full-time, part-time, and temporary staff. Pension contributions records can also reflect the number of employees, as contributions are typically made for each employee.
