Error code
Hi, am stuck in a circular nightmare! I’ve tried to list a bikini bottom with 4 different sizes. 2 are ok, 2 however have the error code 5461. I can’t find any listing for these 2 sizes so it’s looking like I have to fill in a selling application form. I don’t understand why 2 sizes are ok and 2 are not. I don’t know what to do - am new to Amazon selling and already I’m stuck and getting frustrated. How do I solve this? any ideas?

Error code 5461 is to do with using EAN’s that don’t match the information held on the GS1 database.
So you need to correct that first.

We are receiving the error code 5461 alot in the last few weeks for listings that are already on Amazon and other sellers on including Amazon. Always list by barcode and the correct product is linked to this.
Been back and forth with a case log for days now but keep getting the reply ‘to add onto the existing ASIN!’.
