No buy box on own label listening

Hi!

I’m new seller. At the moment I have 3 active listenings. 2 for product which is sold by others, I understand that there is buy box and I am not eligible to have it at the moment. However my third product is my own and no one else has exactly the same. I presume that I should have boy box for this one but I can see only button “see all buying options”. I also have created advertising campaign which is active for couple days and it is not working at all. Is my account limited for any reason?

I would be very grateful for any advice.
