A- to- Z Claim. How can I ever win!
Hi,
I have sold an item to Spain from UK.
Sent Royal Mail Track and Sign.
Tracking info indicates item transferred to Spanish Delivery Service GLS.
GLS tracking shows item delivered to customer 10/06/2020 12:26, with a confirmation Tracking Receipt ID.
Customer opens A-to- claim one week later, Item not received.
Claim gets approved by Amazon, refund provided, even though I can show that delivery has been completed.
How can I ever win, when Amazon will not believe the ethics and info provided by a National Courier.

A-Z’s 9 times of out 10 are approved automatically.
Submit an appeal with the tracking information and is should be amazon funded.
Include POD if available.

Thanks.
I provided all the tracking info.
Amazon have ignored this, refunded the buyer, deducted the money from my account and also put my Spanish selling account at risk for an A-to-Z claim, which in response shows that the item was delivered to the buyer.

Finally get a response from Amazon, having previously providing info on Royal Mail Tracking and details of the confirmation of delivery, and one month later Amazon reject my appeal.
How can you ever win when you use a Tracked and Signed Service, which provides confirmation of delivery. Now the A to Z is closed and I have no other avenue to appeal.
Amazon response below:
'Thank you for taking a few minutes to provide us with more information about your order complaint 406-8975002-4997103. After reviewing it carefully, we have decided to maintain our original decision.
Why was my appeal denied?
We have reviewed all available information and determined that you have not provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate delivery.
