Hi everyone,I just took a Received Intellectual Property Complaint and I sent an apology e-mail to the brand's contact information in the performance notification section, but there was no response and the violation was not resolved. What should I do?

was the complaint with merit?

Because if so, even if you apologise, remove the product etc well you still did something to receive the complaint, the brand owner has no reason to withdraw th e complaint.

To address a violation on your account health dashboard, you'll need to appeal. Once Amazon accepts your appeal, the violation will be removed.

If you choose not to appeal, the violation will be automatically removed after 180 days unless it's violated again.

For more details, you can refer to the Account Health Rating programme policy.
