Refund time limit?
Hi Guys
I just received a buyer message from a customer whos order was dispatched 61 days ago.
i have had no previous messages from him inquiring about where his order is. and he just says he hasn’t got it and wants a refund. Im guessing hes trying to pull a fast one as its been so long and he hasn’t tried to talk to me before now. does anyone no how long they have to claim they haven’t received it and do i have to refund it? it was sent by first class post so unfortunately no tracking number

80 DAYS LIMIT WITH Royal Mail, 90 WITH AMAZON.
oops, had caps lock on! Didn’t you get a proof of posting? Or if it was sent at parcel rate you should be able to see if it’s been delivered by the label reference number.

On Amazon, buyers have 6 months from the order date to open an A-Z claim and get a full refund.
Some buyers contact me saying that the order was not received and then they never contact me again. It’s up to you how will you proceed.
