Sending to Germany what pallets are acceptable
Hi,
Can anyone help me understand what Euro pallets are accepted by amazon FBA in germany. We have been sending HT Euro’s 80x120 but they have rejected the last shipment stating “disposable pallet”
Do they only accept the EPAL EUR or can you send any euro that has got a HT stamp on it?
Thanks
Paul

Not 100% sure, as I don’t send abroad.
But surely a disposable pallet, would be a plastic pallet?
They are not allowed at any of the centres.

We send Grade A 800x1200 mm Euro/CHEP to the EU.
We previously sent Grade B, but had 2 consignments rejected due to them being “damaged” so we upgrade to Grade A.
The FCs are very busy at the moment, so we suspected they were looking for an excuse to reject them.
If you are sending HT Euros in decent condition, then it might be the same for you.
Either way, you’ll need to ask your forwarder to repalletise the goods onto fresh pallets for you.
