Listing blocked, seller central unhelpful
Hey guys,
I need some help with one of my listings. It shows as blocked, when I click for more info it says it’s not eligible for being sold by seller but can be sold by fba. The thing is the listing is already fba. When I attempt to edit the listing it says I nee approval to sell. I click request approval. Next page says

We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Home and Garden (including Pet Supplies) category in Collectible condition(s)
Other Home and Garden (including Pet Supplies) category in Refurbished condition(s)
It’s only being sold as new. I click sell yours and it just takes me back to the first page where it states I need approval to list. Has anyone ran into this problem? I have this listing as active and selling all over EU and US but UK is being a massive headache.
Any assistance would be appreciated

It’s not classed either a hazmat or meltable product is it? Those the only reason that I can foresee it not being eligible to be sold FBA now.
Meltable (something like chocolate as an example) can only be sent to FBA between Oct & April (appreciate that it’s in home and garden but you never know). Can you share the ASIN for one of us to check?
