Trying to contact my dedicated new seller account rep

A few times throughout the year, I get a call from our dedicated account rep to see how things are going. I usually go to the link he provided in the email and schedule a 15-minute appointment. However, he no longer has any appointments available, and I have even tried emailing him. How can Amazon assign me a new one? I need to contact a rep with a few questions to continue smoothly.

Those "dedicated" reps or account reps are a joke. He is probably gone, and you won't get another one.

I've never known Amazon to have assigned reps for certain sellers. I think you either got lucky or got tricked. Either way, you're better off asking your questions here to see if another seller or a mod can elevate to correct department.
