Can i create multpile shop from one seller account
I have a question if I want to sell several products under different brands, do I have to create several accounts / companies or can I sell under one amazon seller central account under several names?

You can sell several brands under one shop but you can’t have multiple shops. Under no circumstances should you create multiple accounts, this could get you suspended.
You can set up brand registry and from there you can apply to do many brands and you could also use A+ content to drive different brands and make them appear or grouped together on single pages.
It is an involved process and a lot of work but you should only ever have a single amazon account.
