Read onlyI'm looking for some help with a critical issue. A brand has been disabled and all the listings became inactive on 31-12-2024, and despite providing all requested documents, we received a generic copy/paste response. "We cannot accept this INVOICE because it shows documents that were not requested".
Obviously, we have submitted the documents requested. We have emailed all required documents to the CSM Brand Team, including invoices, supplier details, bank transactions, supplier email correspondence.
We’ve contacted Seller Support and account health team multiple times, but they say only the Brand Team can assist. Unfortunately, the Brand Team is unreachable by phone, and my emails remain unanswered.
This situation has left the inventory stuck at FBA during the busiest time of the year. We urgently need help to resolve this.
If an Amazon moderator sees this, I would be very grateful if you could escalate the issue or provide guidance what exactly they need or if anyone could tag some moderators here it would be very grateful.
