Account Deactivated and No Response from Amazon

Hi,

My account was deactivated, and Amazon requested proof of delivery and company details, which I have provided twice. However, I haven't received any response on either occasion. Amazon seems to be ignoring my submissions—I’m not even getting a performance notification or an email regarding the evaluation. The only update under Account Health is "Our evaluation is complete." I'm not sure what else is needed; as no information is provided, I’m also unable to reach support. Can someone please help?

Hi @Seller_6TRKM1oGraJn2

I appreciate you posting the issue here on Seller Forums! My name is Lou, and I will try to help you with this issue.

When this issue occurs, it means that there have been some doubts about the delivery process on your side. In this case, the appeals team (the team that checks the appeals that you send in through the account health dashboard) will need to verify some specific information and/or documents.

All information should have been shared with you via performance notification. If you're saying that you didn't receive any, you might not be looking at the right place.

Just to make sure, here is the path:

Go to the performance tab

And then you will find the performance notification tab

You also mentioned that you sent proof of delivery and company details twice. For the proof of delivery, I don't know how many you sent, but I would advise you to focus on all the most recent orders (maybe from the last 90 days).

I would also recommend that you resend all documents in every new appeal to ensure that my colleagues will have access to all documents or information, even if you have already shared them before.

I hope this message can help you.

Lou.
