Read onlyI sent a shipment direct from china to UK FBA centre of nearly 7000 units. The shipment was received at amazon on the 7th September and then transferred to another fulfillment center arriving on the 17th september 2024. I first contacted approx a month later and was told cant be investigated until the shipment is closed. It is currently saying 'in transit' still. I then have contacted numerous times and they ask for the invoice and i provided it but then they closed the case not explaining whats going on. Its now saying not eligable for reimbursement as over 6 months since arrived at the fba warehouse but its not 6 months. It first arrived signed for on sep 7th so only 3 months. Im lost what to do but this is a huge amount of money that im worried about. What do i do next? @Simon_Amazon
