Hello @Seller_ZWJu6SC7QqWWD and @Seller_1P9VDeIqD3LLN
Thanks for sharing that heads-up with us.
Have you filed a support case with screenshots and details about what you are seeing that I can share with partner teams?
Do you mean that the Payments Dashboard Total Balance is lower than the actual orders you are receiving today? An example would help, with fake totals.

Same here...it seems like they are doubling the sales figure for me.

Same here! Mods ?????? Are these orders going to come in on all at once?

9 Units Ordered and only 3 open orders. The Sales amount is tripled as well.

Yes my total was twice as high as actual
Seller_ZWJu6SC7QqWWD
well. Here's my reply from seller support.
None of this seems to be the problem. So that was no help at all. My total continues to triple into the late evening hours.
This is the reply I just received. Can anyone make sense of this ? Or is it just simply happening because the system is broken today 😞 🤷
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand your request regarding daily total so far does not match the sales.
Orders reflected in the MYO and on the Sales dashboard can be different due to the following reasons:
The Sales dashboard displays order items, while the MYO displays orders.
The MYO doesn't include pending orders by default. Sellers have to select Include pending orders in the MYO Advanced search view.
The MYO shows orders through all sales channels (including Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.mx, among others) by default, whereas the Sales dashboard and business reports show data only for the Amazon.com channel
The Sales dashboard and MYO are two different systems and there might be some delays between the two, but they usually converge to the same information.
The Sales dashboard is updated within less than an hour (usually 15 minutes), while the MYO displays order mutations in real time.
The Sales dashboard uses an order placed timestamp, while the Manage Orders uses an order consolidated timestamp.
The order consolidation timestamp is a short time window (5 minutes) where Amazon keeps an order open, especially for one-click purchases, if a seller decides to quickly modify the order or buy something else.
If the order is placed between 23:55 pm and 00:00 am, due to the consolidation window, the order might appear on the next day in the Manage Orders

And it’s still happening today. 2 orders this morning. It says 6 units. Sales report is showing 3x of what the order totals are.
