Large Letter Sellers - What are you planning to do?
So after months of unclear information it now looks pretty certain that Amazon will not validate LL items sent through Click and Drop. Having done the price comparisons between buying through Amazon and buying through C&D, these are the differences for us (despite Amazon assuring me that it doesn’t cost anymore through them):

I’m just wondering how sellers get on who set there RRP with a separate postage price, all our items are standard post included in the price. I’m wondering if breaking it down to add the extra will massively effect sales in anyones experience.

We have been sending LL items through click and drop ever since the VTR began, as have many other sellers, and these do get validated no problem. Some sellers report VTR as low as 20% and they have not been suspended, what makes you think they are not validating yours ?

I’m sticking with RM48 for my large letters, ironically, I’ve actually seen an increase in my VTR percentage of late, it usually sits around 80-85%, now nearly at 90%…maybe the Posties are beginning to scan more on delivery?!

We still use Amazon buy shipping, 2nd class, untracked for LL.
We sell cotton tote bags and RM were constantly surcharging us for packet sent as LL. I’m guessing they were getting folded on the conveyor so coming up as thicker. They weigh 80g. When packed they are no more than 10mm thick, so well under the 25mm LL allowance. I haven’t had a surcharge since. With the fees it was costing us £3.75 every time this happened.
Another bonus of sending untracked is that Amazon aren’t sending buyers messages telling them they can get a refund when RM don’t scan LLs if sent RM48.
