Credit Card problems
I received the message below from Amazon. Credit card payment worked well over the last two years, in both directions. No changes to my credit card happened. I called the bank whether there is something wrong with the credit card, and all is fine. I have no clue what to do.
Hello from Amazon Services,
We were unable to verify the credit or debit card information that you provided for your account. As a result, any payments to your bank account will be suspended until you update your charge method. Funds will not be transferred to you until your charge method has been updated

Are you sure this isn’t a scam ? - I think it may be - I have had similar in the past.
Is there a link to click on to ‘update’ your charge method ? - if so then it is not a genuine email from Amazon.

No scam. I tried to update my card details (well, confirmed the old details) and immediately got again the same message from Amazon. I did this several times and got a message from Amazon again and again after updating. So the message comes from Amazon. It s about a payment to me.

I think @Everybody_Has_One is right.
Every time Amazon moves money to your account they ‘verify’ it by a small transaction - up to £5. If there are insufficient available funds in the account then you get that message.
