Return Rate - FBA vs. FBM
Hey fellow Amazon sellers,
We’ve been analyzing our return rates and noticed something interesting—our FBA orders seem to have a significantly higher return rate compared to FBM. We’re curious to see if others are experiencing the same trend.
For those of you selling both FBA and FBM, have you noticed a lower return rate on FBM? If so, any theories on why this might be happening?
We’re currently assessing our business strategy and would love to hear from the community. Have you seen similar trends, and what has been your approach in managing return rates?
