Request to extend DD+7 policy - NO REPONSES!

We have requested for an extension to my DD+7 Policy but received no reply yet. Is there anyway of checking to see if my emails sent have been received? We haven't been able to disburse in weeks and have a lot of money owing. Getting to the point of no return on cashflow!

Any help greatly appreciated.

I am back to normal, waited about 3 days, well happy that I can withdraw now. I sent them an email, thanks amazon. made my day today, lifts the stress

Hi still no response or even an acknowledgement of our request ? unfortunately this cannot continue.

I am now having to put my own money in to finance the business when I have thousands being held by Amazon.

Its killing us.

I got no reply or anything, and assumed it had fallen on deaf ears. Few weeks later I suddenly got an email telling me I'd had it extended until Sep 25. They released the lot and I withdrew it next day.

Just putting off the inevitable of course though...
