Hi, I have applied for approval to sell a toy brand and it has been automatically rejected several times. It seems that no one has been able to see it. The first time I applied was in January 2024.
It's always the same message: "We have reviewed your application and determined that you are not eligible to sell this product."
The invoice meets all Amazon requirements and was provided directly by the brand.
My account is in Healthy, and I have been selling on Amazon for over 1 year.
How can I fix this problem if they keep responding with the same response?

I'm sorry you have had some difficulties with your application to sell products that require approval. I can understand it is frustrating that the team won't provide details on why your application is rejected. Amazon does not share this information as these processes are proprietary and confidential. At this time your applications are being reviewed by the correct team and are reviewed in full. You can work with your distributor or the Brand Owner to try to determine why the documentation is not being accepted but I cannot guarantee that you will be made eligible to sell these products. I apologize for the difficulties this creates. Thank you for your understanding.
