Buying shipping on Amazon

Every time I try to purchase a label today from Amazon it does not work. It will print the packing slip but not the label. My printer is OK. I have paid for two labels today but neither has been printed. I have tried reprinting many times but this is not working either. What can I do?

Is it just today?

You’ll need to cancel the labels and if it won’t work, buy directly from the courier you are selecting
