When are you going to incorporate woo commerce into the veqoo platform, Was in Betsa when we signed up for veqoo that was app 2 years ago?
Hey everyone!
My name is Matt Warren and I am the founder and CEO of Veeqo, which is (with mild bias) the best shipping software for Amazon sellers and its free!
I will be around all day today to answer any questions on Veeqo you might have, less knowledgeable on other topics but can those a go as well!
For the last few years we have been focussed on improving Veeqo for the US market but I am really excited that later this year we will be upgrading UK version of Veeqo with all the cool features (and speed) of the US version!
Matt
Is there any plans to allow us to add SKU and Quantity to Evri labels to allow for faster and more accurate dispatch?
Is there a way of completely removing a sales channel and reconnecting it? I have a ticket open (for many months now) because one of my sales channels has completely stopped communicating with Veeqo which means that I have to manually update it - this defeats the whole purpose of the Veeqo software. (Ticket ID #75458)
Hi Matt,
I posted in a previous Q&A you did, asking about the Profit Analysis tool which at the time didn't provide a breakdown of advertising fees for non-Amazon marketplaces (ie eBay) in the way that it does for Amazon advertising fees.
For example currently the tool shows Amazon Advertising fees as "Ads Costs" whereas for non-Amazon advertising fees such as eBay Promoted Listings it is just lumped in with "Marketplace Fees".
Last time you mentioned you would take it back to the team - is there any news on this? Currently i'm still using a paid app called Sellerboard which does provide this granularity for non-Amazon channels.
If we want to use Veeqo only to fulfill ebay orders through MCF, is this possible ? taking into account we only use FBA so don't buy any type of shipping. So it would basically mean use Veeqo only to fulfill only via the FBA system.
I ask as the website states
"Sellers need to ship at least 50% of their online orders synced to Veeqo, excluding FBA and Retail POS orders, on a monthly basis with a shipping label purchased within Veeqo, or your own carrier rates. When you sign up for the priority support subscription, the Fair Usage Policy will no longer apply to your account. Use all our features with no restriction!"
I've asked this question in the forum and someone stated that this rule no longer applies. Can you clarify further on this please. Many Thanks
Are Large letters we ship through veeqo protected from the VTR - excluded or validated behind the scenes
that includes all forms of Large letters BPL, ROYAL MAIL 48 etc
Can you add the shipping carrier name directly onto the mainpage so we know which carrier is auto assigned to an order.
Also can you add SKU info on Seller fulfilled prime orders . This will save label and picking times/paper.
Also can you add a more simplified way of splitting orders into packages - In linnworks its so easy.
