Requesting approval to sell branded US titles

I am trying to sell a couple of signed books, both US-published and need publisher approval. To do so I’ve been asked to watch a video about the Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting policy and answer questions on my selling/listing methods. Even though I completed the ‘form’ it would not submit so I’m stuck, unable to proceed. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am having the same problem, Im trying to list two children’s books published in the US. I have managed to list one of them but with the other, like you I watch the video and get no further. I went back into it and typed in the ISBN, when I try to list it I now get a message saying This product has other listing limitations but no way of getting beyond this.
