I must be doing something wrong! FBA fee reimbursement

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can tell me how to solve this persistent issue.

Amazon remeasured my product in March, which should have resulted in a lower FBA fee, but they never lowered it. I've had a case open on this since April (case #17548346611). They've finally lowered the fee and then made me jump through a bunch of hoops to show how much I should be reimbursed (detailed spreadsheet with every order since March has been provided) and now they're just sending me this message every few days.

Meanwhile, I notice (from Helium10) that they've remeasured this product twice since, so perhaps they're hoping to one day measure it large enough to deny my the proper FBA fee and reimbursement?

Not that I have seen on here. I refuse to do FBA but they have a way to measure packages using all the latest technology according to posts on here.

Of course, like all things Amazon there have been numerous reports that it doesn't work some/much of the time!

The BEST thing to do with any post on here is THIS first!

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.

They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…
