She hasn’t checked my message and hence left me a negative feedback today. I have mentioned this to her and she did apologise and tried using the link I provided to remove her feedback. She tried for an hour and still got no where and was unable to remove feedback and asked me for help but I can’t find a way. Please let me know if you would like to see exchange of communication to help remove this feedback. PLEASE help me as this has affected by ODR and I strive to maintain high standard of metrics.
