Hi
I have received negative feedback on order 304-1691504-9677921 stating there was a problem with our product, but the buyer's feedback did not state what was wrong with our product, and when I tried to remove the feedback in the feedback manager, Amazon rejected it. I learned that if the entire feedback comment is a product review., Amazon could remove the feedback for me. I have tried to get this feedback removed but Amazon just keep closing down the case and I'm not able to to contact the customer either. Please help me to get this removed.
