UPS to FBA Delivery Times
Hi All
I have a couple of deliveries that seem to be stuck between UPS and FBA.
First one was sent 2nd June. The other was sent 26th June
On the UPS Site tracking it simply says " The package is being held for a future delivery date. We’ll attempt to deliver on the date requested."
According to the shipment details on Amazon it says the 2nd June package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. It does not give any such detail for the 26th June package.
I am wondering if its a problem with UPS. If I should chase them up or if its due to booking in at FBA. Never had any take this long before

Just have to wait i’m afraid. There are long delays at some FCs.

Thank you both. I was just worried that the parcels might be stuck at UPS depots being overlooked.

Morning all,
The two packages that I mentioned above have still not been delivered to FBA. (Manchester & Coventry ctrs)
I check every morning and it advises packages will be delivered the following day. Then the following day it will say delivery the next day and so on.
Is this normal or should I be getting worried now?

I have mine stuck with UPS for more than 6 days already. Booked for BHX4 which from what I heard isn’t encountering so long delays as MAN or COV. However, started to be a bit worried knowing that no move has been done for several days.

With regards reconcile, it says I can not begin the process as my orders have not been received at the ctrs.
