Europe Expansion Program from UK Market

Hi,

I received an invitation to Euro Expansion Program which is called PAN-Europe and I registered in 2 countries in Europe. The countries are France and Germany. I would be able to sell in Italy and Spain as well as France and Germany, The fees would be PAN-Eu for Spain and Italy. It was like that at the beginning however a month later my Spain and Italy fees went up and when I checked I saw these 2 marketplaces was not connected to PAN-EU.

I told this issue to my account manager who would remain with me for 12 months. He then stopped replying my calls, emails and texts. Last connection with my account manager was more than a month ago. I tried many times to connect Amazon to make a complaint and to solve this issue but they ignore me either.

I could not find anywhere to tell my issue or make a complain. The fees are more than sale price at the moment in Spain and Italy. I did not change the prices because the account manager told me that when they solved the issue they would reimburse the difference.

I think to leave the program. I spent a lot for VAT registrations, clearance, goods etc. I already lost some money but I believe I will lose more if I stay.

If anyone know how to solve this issue please reply.

If anyone know how to make a complain rather than costumer service please also reply.

Thank you in advance.

If you only have vat registration in France and Germany, your fees are higher in Italy and Spain as they are EFN fees and not pan EU fees

You either have to register in Spain and Italy for vat and store stock there for cheaper fees or, increase your prices in those countries to account for the fees

As for complaining, I don’t believe you’ll have much luck unfortunately as all this information is available in the help pages and the account manager was probably just a sales rep

if you use Amazon VAT service or one of their partners you need to check the contract and fees as you cannot just leave mid-contract without penalty.

as to your price for IT/ES, just increase them if you think the market can bear AND if not just stop there. you need to do your sums as we cannot advise with no figures

I am not registered for Vat in any country - My stock is in the UK FBA, but I am under the threshold. Can anyone please advise what options I have to sell in Europe?

Do I need to be Vat registered in the UK to use “Call off Stock” ?

Thank you
