Today I faces unfair situation from amazon side. My client has been sent 7 of November return request. I have sent to client shipping label 7 of November. On Monday client has been sent item back to me. Today he opened the claim with reason "I have sent the item"Amazon rules says that seller can return money when he will get the item back. Item is on the way, parcel did not arrived yet, and Amazon is ignoring this facts! when I was wrote about this, they granted claim and have decided to defect my account rate. When I sent again appeal, they again have been keep their decision with reason "Seller did not sent the shipping label". And here I have a question, who is researching the claims??? if 7 of November I have sent to my client shipping label!!! right now my account rate is bad and support is not listening me. All what they said is "we understand you but we are keeping our decision"you think this is fair situation??? tell me to whom should I write if as a seller I have done everything what is needed from me for my client. And no matter of this I have account defect rate!!
