We are brand registered as the brand owner, the EANs are GS1 registered to us. We have sent screenshots from brand registry showing the trademark information, etc
The case has been open 11 days, they "have requested our internal teams for the updates"
We need to be able to control OUR listings so they can be updated with the correct product information. Any suggestions on how to move case ID 10406770832 to a positive resolution?
