FMB RETURNS NOT BEING DELIVERED
I have 11 returns that i would like to close out but the items are still pending delivery back to us. Some of these are 30 days old and the progress on the labels just show "label created" What is the rule if an item does not get returned to us? Do we still have to give a refund or do we just close them?

Lebel created just means that, no carrier has picked up. You can close out the return if you want.

If you don't get the return within the specified timeframe, you just close the return. We wait 30 days after issuing the return authorization.

If the item is not in transit within the 30 day window you can simply close the return. You do not have to issue a refund for any items that have not been returned within those 30 days.

Also in case you were not previously aware customers have 30 days to request a return, 15 days to ship the return once accepted plus however long it takes to be delivered.
Just in case you close one in 30 days from purchase date or requested date, you may have a return sent to you anyway.

I wanted to follow up here and ask if you need further support on this topic. As mentioned by other members here, you may choose to close the return if it is not actioned, as per our help page this is who returns not actioned work:
"Return requests not actioned within 50 days from return creation (such as, if the return item is not sent back to the merchant) will be closed automatically."
