Account got deactivated

I am a new seller and I want to sell on amazon but unfortunately they are not reactivating my account
As I have provided them all documents which are necessary and enough for my address and identity verification
Same documents are accepted at Amazon.com but Amazon.co.uk are not accepting that documents and are not even demanding new documents
And they even do not tell reason for which they are rejecting documents
Its been 4 months that I am providing documents but they always say that I cannot sell on Amazon
I want to ask that why they are doing this ?
